Cancellation
The account holder may cancel by emailing to disconnect@lizzy.com.au or by mail to the address below.

Cancellations take affect at the end of the billing period in which they are notified, which is often the end of the calendar month. Cancellations need to include the Account Holder's name and either an account username or account email address.
